The Team Behind Precious Wings

Kerry Gordon
Founder & CEO
Kerry founded Precious Wings following the stillbirth of her son, Toby, in 2011. As a Nurse Practitioner specialising in paediatric palliative care, she brings a unique combination of professional expertise and deeply personal experience to her role. She’s deeply committed to educating health professionals, helping to build a more informed and compassionate support network for families facing some of life’s most heart-wrenching moments. Kerry’s journey continues to shape the heart and mission of Precious Wings, inspiring everything the organisation does to support bereaved families with compassion and care.

Natalie McMaster
Operations Coordinator
Natalie is our Operations Coordinator, and the quiet engine behind everything running smoothly at Precious Wings.
From managing stock and overseeing our warehouse, to ensuring hospitals receive memory boxes and resources on time, Natalie keeps our operations flowing with care and precision. Her eye for detail and steady presence help make sure every family receives the support they need — when they need it most.

Tiffany Levine
Peer Support Group Facilitator
Tiffany lovingly coordinates and facilitates our Brisbane-based peer support groups, creating a gentle, welcoming space where bereaved families can connect, share, and feel understood. With deep compassion and a calm, steady presence, she helps families feel less alone in their grief.
As a bereaved parent herself, Tiffany brings lived experience and heartfelt empathy to every group she supports. She does this meaningful work in memory of her precious twin daughters, Skye and Angel — honouring their lives by holding space for others navigating similar loss.

Kirsty McKay
Board Director and Trusted Advisor
Kirsty has been at the heart of Precious Wings since its early days, working alongside Kerry for many years to help grow and shape the charity. Now volunteering one day a week, she continues to offer invaluable behind-the-scenes support, helping with operations, logistics, and events — always with compassion and quiet strength.
Kirsty is also a bereaved mother and a recipient of two Precious Wings memory boxes. She brings firsthand understanding of the comfort and connection these resources offer to grieving families. Her work is done in loving memory of her children, George Vincent and Catherine Ellen, and everything she contributes is grounded in legacy, empathy, and love.

Trudi Rodne
Support Services Coordinator
Trudi is the newest member of the Precious Wings team, bringing heart, care, and exceptional organisation to her role as Support Services Coordinator. She works behind the scenes to ensure our peer support groups, family events, and education programs run smoothly — making sure facilitators, volunteers, and families have everything they need to feel supported and connected.
